Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced subject to the following conditions:

  • the item must be returned within 15 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe
  • items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached
  • Swimwear– customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If you wish to return an item, the tags and protective hygiene strip must remain in place and the item will not be accepted if either of these have been removed or altered, or if the item shows signs of wear.

Exchanges

We will happily exchange your unworn, unwashed and unaltered clothing within 7 (seven) working days of receipt. Exchanges can be made for a different size or another product of equal or greater value than the one originally purchased. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by dent’elle. The return of the original product will be by a courier company which will select by Dent’elle. Previous collection Sale items are final sale, no exchanges or returns.

In case a product is mistakenly sent, we are fully responsible for the replacement and the delivery of the right product to the customer, covering delivery costs in full, as long as the product is sent back in its original form. The replacement demand must be done within three (3) days from the mistaken delivery of the product and after previously contacting the company by e-mail.
